The nearshore and off shore Atlantic and Caribbean Coastal Waters-

This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for Puerto Rico and the adjacent
Atlantic Coastal Waters.

.Day One...Today and Tonight

.Flooding...Heavy rains could lead to urban and small stream
flooding. Especially over the north-central and eastern sections of
the island.

.Rip Currents...There is a moderate risk of rip currents for the
northwest to northeast coast of Puerto Rico, including Culebra.

.Days Two through Seven...Wednesday through Monday

A moderate risk of rip currents will continue across the Atlantic
beaches through at least Friday. Moderate to heavy showers over
saturated soils could lead to urban and small stream flooding over the
interior and northeastern sections of Puerto Rico on Wednesday and
Thursday afternoon.

.Spotter information statement...

Widespread spotter activation is not anticipated, however individual
spotter are encouraged to report flooding and rip currents to the
National Weather Service in San Juan.
