PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Small Craft Advisory means that wind speeds of 21 to 33 knots
are expected to produce hazardous wave conditions to small craft.
Inexperienced mariners, especially those operating smaller
vessels should avoid navigating in these conditions.

...HIGH RISK OF RIP CURRENTS FOR THE ATLANTIC BEACHES...

This hazardous weather outlook is for South Florida.

.DAY ONE...TODAY AND TONIGHT

Rip currents: There is a high risk of rip currents for the Atlantic
beaches.

Wind: An east wind of 20 to 25 kts, with gusts to around 30 kts are
forecast across the Atlantic waters. the wind across the Gulf waters
are forecast to be east between 15 and 20 kts. A Small Craft Advisory
is in effect for the Atlantic waters.

Temperatures: Low temperatures in the mid to upper 40s are forecast
for portions of the western interior this morning.


Waves: Seas are forecast to build to 6 to 9 feet in the Atlantic
waters, with the highest seas in the Gulf Stream. A Small Craft
Advisory is in effect for the Atlantic waters.


.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...WEDNESDAY THROUGH MONDAY

The high risk for rip currents is forecast to continue through at
least the middle of the week for the Atlantic beaches.

Elevated winds will create hazardous boating conditions across the
Atlantic waters through Thursday. Seas are forecast to begin to
subside Wednesday night.
