Synopsis: A strong cold front will pass the Keys coastal waters
on Sunday morning, exiting the upper Straits of Florida early in
the afternoon. The front will be preceded by freshening south-
southwest breezes tonight, then followed by a shift to strong
northwest winds that will peak in strength on Sunday afternoon.
Northerly winds will ease Sunday night and Monday morning, with a
relative lull in wind early Monday afternoon. Then strong high
pressure will emerge off the North Carolina coast on Tuesday,
causing easterly winds to freshen and become strong for Tuesday
