.Synopsis for Stonington ME to Merrimack River MA out to 25 NM...
High pressure will remain over the waters through Saturday before
strong low pressure moves into the Great Lakes on Sunday...with a
secondary low forming over the Gulf of Maine Sunday night. This low
will strengthen rapidly as it moves into the Canadian maritimes on
Monday with widespread gales and possibly storm force winds. These
winds will very gradually subside through Tuesday and Wednesday as
high pressure builds into the region from the west.
