Snow, Blowing Snow, and Dangerous Wind Chills from the North Plains to the Northeast

A powerful storm system will moving northeast and offshore later Sunday. An upper level low will continue producing snow and blowing snow from the Upper Midwest to the Northeast, especially, downwind of the Great Lakes. Bitterly cold air will plunge into the Plains following this system, with wind chills as cold as -40 degrees.
