Synopsis: A Small Craft Advisory is in effect for all South Florida waters. Gusty southerly wind ahead of a cold front will shift to the west and northwest by midday with speeds of 20 to 25 knots common. Seas in the Gulf will build to 7 to 10 feet by this afternoon. Atlantic seas of 3 to 5 feet can be expected today, with 6 feet seas likely tonight and Martin Luther King Junior Day.
