Significant Storm Bringing Widespread Winter Weather and Heavy Rainfall Across the Eastern Half of the Country

A storm system moving into the Eastern parts of the country is bringing heavy snow across the Great Lakes and into the Mid-Atlantic and Northeast today. There is also the potential for significant ice accumulations across the northern Mid-Atlantic. To the south, heavy rainfall is producing flash flooding, and river flooding, from the Ohio and Mississippi Valleys to the Deep South.
