Historic and catastrophic flooding will continue across portions of the central Plains and Upper Midwest for the rest of the week. A weak low pressure system will slide through the region over the next couple of days and produce additional light-to-moderate rain. A series of storms begins to impact the West Coast tonight and into tomorrow with rain and mountain snows.
