Storms and Heavy Rainfall For Southern Plains and Texas; Increasing Warmth Across West
Strong to severe thunderstorms and heavy to excessive rainfall will be possible across the southern High Plains and much of Texas through Wednesday, with a slow moving storm system. Above average high temperatures are expected across much of the country this week, especially in the West, as a sturdy ridge of high pressure builds and expands across the region.
