Snowmelt Combined With Recent Heavy Rain To Produce Flooding Threat Over Northern New England

Recent heavy rainfall combined with snowmelt will cause a continued threat for flooding of rivers, streams, and low lying areas in northern New England, especially Maine into Monday. Elsewhere across the country, much above normal temperatures expected over central portions of the U.S. The threat for severe thunderstorms return to the High Plains each afternoon and evening through mid week.
